The
Georgian is another Parade of Homes ‘beauty house’ located at Evergreen Pointe Development
in Vancouver, overlooking the Columbia River. Situated on a one-acre lot,
accessible through gate and long narrow driveway, and the view opens to
spacious colonial style house. The lot shape including the house setting
offers unbelievable opportunity for outdoor living space. Garret Hergert
with GRO Outdoor Living designed the surroundings. This time I only
helped to create a vision for main outdoor spaces. Based on the foot
traffic in the duration of the show, I have created a few hand sketches
describing the main elements and view.
